So I moved 101 miles in march by walking, running, and jogging.
That's a pretty cool accomplishment for the girl who did nothing more than sit all day at the office and then come home to sit all evening by the computer and who only occasionally would go for a hike on the weekends.
It brings about all kinds of possibilities - things you think about when out on these mostly solitary journeys through the neighborhoods and farm lands.
Things like signing up to do 5K runs. Things like training for 1/2 marathons. Believing that I will look normal again.
You also start to walk a little taller, feel more self confident, and will even talk about the little successes with those friends closest to you. Though that last is not so easy for me yet.
So - all in all I have moved a lot over the last 2 and half months. I think it's close to a roundtrip walk to Portland and back and maybe even further.
It's good and there is so much more to do.

Total miles moved to date - 187.61
Total clories burned - 39892
Percentage of the goal to 500 - 37%
And a peek at weight loss - just a little more than 40 pounds.
Bring on April - already 3.9 miles in.
