I needed to get out early, so before daylight, I was on my way to the track for Day 3 of Week 2 C25K.
Some observations:
it was very cold
it was very quiet
the horizon slowly turned pink in the east - breaking through the clouds
at daylight geese were spotted flying north. Is it time for them to be headed that way?
About C25K - I have used the podcasts by Robert Ullrey. I like them a lot. I also downloaded a C25K Ap from Itunes and have enjoyed using that with my playlists on shuffle. I really like these workouts and the gradual build up of strength and distance. Along with these workouts, adding 20 t0 30 minutes of brisk walking is really helping to trim down.
This has been a productive week movement wise. I only missed Wedneday (Girl Scout Meeting) and pouring rain at lunch.
I think I will go ahead and report February totals - even though I may get a few more miles in later today.
