Heading out this morning to the World Forestry Center with the Girl Scouts.
I have been mostly stepping this week, but managed a nice walk yesterday afternoon.
Noteable about yesterday - while walking I actually said to myself I was so happy to be exercising. I think it's becoming routine and that feels good.
I got a new Ipod yesterday - this is the fourth one! Not sure what I will do if this one dies too.
I downloaded a series of C25K podcasts and a C25K App. I can't wait to try them out. My first chance might be tomorrow afternoon, as I will be cleaning all day tomorrow for a house showing at 3:00.
