Since last time I have managed a few workouts.
Two more Week 1 c25K run/walks. I will be doing week one again. I'm sure I will repeat several weeks as I force this lumbering body to do things it has not done since college.
Spent a fabulous day at the World Forestry Center with 9 amazing girls and some great moms and grandmoms.
Hid a letterbox while I was there - go find Old Stump, especially now that I see there are two more new boxes at the zoo too!
I tried Wii My Fitness Coach yesterday with a new Reebok Step thing. It kicked my behind. 30 minutes whooped me. But I will do it again today! And since I didn't feel like that work out counted towards my miles, I also went out just at dark and walked a mile through the neighborhood.
I have notied this little bit of sunny and slightly warmer weather has brought out a lot more runners, who intimidate the heck out of me. They scared me away from the track yesterday. Obviously, I will have to get over that!
Some good things are happening. I am losing weight and eating much better. Saving a ton of cash by not spedning it on fast food.
