That's how many miles I walked and ran in July. A crazy amount helped a lot by a long vacation in central Oregon.
To avoid the hot days and to have something to do before everyone got up I spent my mornings doing a lot of walking and hiking.
Here is the summary:
Saturday - 8.8 miles including the Deschuttes River and Upper Eagle Crest Resort
Sunday - 9.7 miles again on the Deschuttes and more of Upper Eagle Crest Resort
Monday - 8.5 miles in Redmond's Dry Canyon
Tuesday - 5 miles at Smith Rock State Park including to the top of Misery Ridge
Wednesday - 7.9 miles again at Smith Rock State Park and again to the top of the Ridge
Thursday - 9.1 miles Lower and Upper Eagle Crest Resort
Friday - 5.2 miles Lower Eagle Crest Resort
Throw in some softball, a lot of swimming, a round of golf, and a miserable attempt at Zumba and I had a really great vacation.
So did TBH and the kids. I fill more in on that later. Just wanted to get Julys numbers posted.
July and Year to date totals:
Miles moved in July: 187.43
Calories burned: 20794
Average miles per day - 6.04
Miles to date: 756.68 a little more that 75% of the new goal.

Wow, impressive. And you thought you would have problems getting 500 miles done. I think you will get to 1000, not a problem.
