Completed the first day of Week 5 C25K this afternoon. A nice work out, but still only averaging about 14.5 minutes per mile. Slow and steady. At least I will be able to finish a 5k in under 45 minutes. And Kiddo #1 has now completed a 5k walk. She's not too sure about the running part.
Headed out tomorow for a weekend with girl scouts. We are taking 14 girls to Great Wolf Lodge and then on up to the Seattle Science Center for a camp in. Sunday we will take in Pike Street market and then head home. Late late nights for this early bird and I'm not too sure how much walking I will get in, but am hoping to be able to do something.
Did I say I was headed to Spokane for Bloomsday? I can't wait. That Doomsday hill looks treacherous.
