You are an amazing inspiration to so many! I was in Gallaghers Fitness Store today buying a pair of running/walking shoes and I thought about how wonderful you are to share your story. You are truly a fabulous woman to have accomplished such a feat! You inspire me! Would you mind if I share your blog with Susan Gallagher? She holds a walking class and your story could inspire so many.

Julie - you are more than welcome to share the story. Sometimes I wonder if it's as wonderful as I want it to be. Had I not let myself get so fat in the first place, I wouldn't have had to lose all this weight. But here I am, and now I love to help people understand that if I can do this, you can too - and I will help you anyway I can.
